The brewery did run taproom events at its original Falmouth base, and has since open bars in that town and in Newquay. It also runs The Experiment, in London, with Pressure Drop Brewing, and Tap Room BS2 in Bristol, with Newtown Park Brewing Co.

“But we never gave up on the dream of once again offering up a venue that could tick all of the boxes for our vision of a community tap space,” says the brewery on its blog.

The venue will have been on 16 keg lines and four cask lines, as well as craft ciders, spirits, wines, and soft drinks. There will also be Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas.

The space will open Thursdays to Saturdays, from 11am to 11pm, and Sundays from noon until 10.30pm. It will move to seven days a week trading from Easter. The space will also be available for private hire and for community events. Find out more by emailing thetaproom@verdantbrewing.co.
