Alcohol-free only brewer, Big Drop, is launching an eight-pack variety box to coincide with the expected surge in demand for such beers in January.
The Big Hello pack contains Big Drop’s most popular 0.5% ABV beers: Paradiso Citra IPA, Pine Trail Pale Ale, Galactic Milk Stout, and Uptime Craft Lager.
The four signature beers have won more than 70 international beer awards between them, including six times world’s best at the World Beer Awards, and beating full-strength rivals in blind tasting. Paradiso Citra IPA, for example, was the UK winner of the 2020 World Beer Award for speciality IPA in which 6% ABV beers came in second and third place.
Rob Fink, co-founder and chief executive of Big Drop, said: “With up to 10 million people expected to do Dry January this time round, we’re about to see an awful lot of interest in the alcohol-free options out there. This is the time to shine for those with good visibility and a quality product that doesn’t compromise on taste.”
