Tate Eats has launched an autumnal edition of Haze, a 4.6% ABV session New England IPA developed with Drop Project Brewing.

Tate Haze

Haze is inspired by Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirror Rooms, currently running at Tate Modern, London. It is a soft, juicy sessionable beer, filled with Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca hops, and added Japanese yuzu juice for a zesty, tangy burst of flavour to finish.

This version of Haze takes on a more autumnal look and feel, featuring a new can design with the same geometric forms but in golden and burnt orange tones, plus a revived flavour profile.

To celebrate, Drop Project will be taking over the taps at Tate Modern’s Terrace Bar on Wednesday (24th November). This Tap Takeover will be a chance to meet the Drop Project team to discover their ethos, culture, and sustainability goals, plus get a first-hand insight into the recipe for the beer and the inspiration behind the can design.

Drop Project will also be bringing their own DJs for music for the evening. Prices on the night: £8 for three thirds tasting flight, £12.50 for six thirds tasting flight, or £17.50 for six thirds tasting flight and a pint of your choice.
