Verdant Brewing Co has collaborated with three fellow Cornish breweries on a series of single-hop double IPAs, all brewed in the same week.
There will be chance to try the beers, created with Black Flag, Padstow, and Pipeline brewing companies, during a national launch this Friday. The brews are collectively known as the Doubling Down collab.
“The malt bill and water profiles remain identical across the beers, however, we’ve taken the opportunity to ferment these brews out with four different yeast strains,” says Verdant. “An exploration in both hop and yeast. We are giddy with experimental anticipation.”
