National Hospitality Day is to be staged on 18th September, to help businesses that have been brought to their knees by covid-19.

National Hospitality Day

National Hospitality Day is a chance for the nation to say “welcome back — we’ve missed you” by voting with its feet. It’ll be a celebration of all that’s great about UK hospitality; a collective shout-out for the places we’ve all missed; and a financial shot in the arm for a sector that’s been hit hardest by covid.

The event has been devised by a coalition of four hospitality charities: The Drinks Trust, Hospitality Action, the Licensed Trade Charity, and Springboard.

Brand owners and distributors are being invited to consider becoming a sponsor supplier, or even a headline sponsor, of what promises to be a nationwide celebration of the hospitality industry.

For operators, this is a chance to drive footfall, help get back trading, promote their business, and raise vital funds for the people who make the establishments what they are.
