St Peter's Without

St Peter’s Brewery’s alcohol-free beers, Without Original and Without Gold, come out on top in a series of national taste tests.

Made to the exact same standards as its alcoholic beers, St Peter’s has spent years perfecting the perfect alcohol-free pint and it is pleased that experts seem to agree that it has got the formula right.

Recently The Sun, Evening Standard and Sunday Telegraph have all run taste tests on a selection of low- and no-alcohol beers, with St Peter’s being named a convincing winner.

Drinks writer Joe Wadsack reviewed nine of the most popular low- and no-alcohol beers in The Sun and named St Peter’s Without Original as the best with a nine out of ten review. He wrote: “It’s malty, like Horlicks, on the nose and tastes like an ale. There’s also a nice, fruity character.”

A recent feature written by the Thinking Drinkers, Ben McFarland and Tom Sandham, for The Sunday Telegraph, described Without Gold as “a full-flavoured, malt-driven amber ale, with a sweet tangy fruitiness that will go down well with more traditional mild or bitter drinkers.”
