This year has seen record production volumes at Falmouth-based Black Rock Brewing, with a high percentage of beer distributed locally, the brewery reports.
Owner Jack Williams said in the brewery’s newsletter: “The only downside is that we’ve ended up slightly neglecting our national customers, but no longer!
“We’ve just brought additional production capacity online, so from here on out we will be in a much better position to keep beer moving in home waters as well as on more distant shores.”
That offering will include a new keg American pale ale, Mean High Water (4.4% ABV). Low-colour Maris Otter has been combined with a stellar hop line-up of Mosaic, Columbus, Summit, Chinook and Zeus.
