Following the sell-out success of his Japanese tasting dinner Sakura, chef Adam Rawson will team up with Borough Wines & Beers again this April for #Rawmen, his new pop-up ramen bar.
Held at the Brewery Below, a private dining space and working brewery underneath Borough Wines’ Essex Road (Islington) shop, #Rawmen will launch on Thursday, April 20, and run for two weeks.
Adam, crowned chef of the year at The YBFs 2015, has created a three-course set menu inspired by the many brilliant bowls of ramen that he sampled during his recent travels around Japan.
A specially-selected collection of Borough Wines’ drinks will be available to buy on the night, ranging from Sake cocktails to its own Brewery Below brewed beer, and wines served on tap, by the glass or carafe.
The dinners will run April 20-22, and again from April 26-29, with seatings at 6.30, 7.15, 8pm, 8.45 and 9:30pm. Bookings and more details via the Borough Wines website
