Pier Five, a contemporary bar and kitchen in Chatham Dockyard, opened by Shepherd Neame last year, has been shortlisted in the pub category of this year’s Restaurant and Bar Design Awards.
Open from brunch to dinner, the waterside destination serves a wide range of beers and lagers, craft spirits and cocktails, alongside artisan coffees.
The kitchen cooks up a delicious menu of gourmet burgers, superfood salads, flame-licked chicken, and hand-stretched oven-baked pizzas.
Award winners will be announced on October 4.
