Unbarred Brewery, based in Hove, East Sussex, is pushing boundaries once more with not one but four new brews revealed.
DOPA (7.5% ABV, pictured) is the big brother of the brewer’s OPA, with more oranges, grapefruit and amarillo hops.
Major Hazor (7%) is inspired by a recent brew trip to the West Coast of the US. It’s a silky bodied, hazy IPA, hop forward (Citra, Simcoe and Azzaca) with low bitterness.
Chai Latte (5%) is a super soft, gentle beer, finished with a special chai blend and lactose. There’s a balance of herbs, spices and sweetness in a very drinkable, hazy beer.
Finally, Haze of Glory (5.7%) is again inspired by the US trip and is a hazy IPA hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic.
