Woodforde’s is launching two new seasonal beers — Tinsel Toes and Tundra — available through to Christmas and the new year.

Woodfordes Tinsel ToesTundra is available now, with festive Tinsel Toes going on sale at the end of October.

Tundra, a 4.6% ABV, white India pale ale, made with wheat, is described by head brewerm Neil Bain, as having “a blend of crisp, tantalising tastes. Borrowing subtle spice components from the Belgian white style, mixed with strong citrus flavours and aromas, this is a supremely balanced hop-bursting wheat beer with real character.”

Tinsel Toes is a 4.4% ABV ruby ale, featuring snowflakes and a festive reindeer on its pumpclip.

Neil said: “It has rich and spicy fruit flavours that combine with roasted malts and hops for a perfectly balanced finish. Red in colour, it’s absolutely bursting with flavour.”

Woodforde’s commercial and marketing director, James Armitage, said: “Our seasonal brews are always popular, and Neil enjoys this annual opportunity to demonstrate his skill and experience by producing beers that are special and a little bit different to our regular ales.

“He’s come up trumps again this year, with a seasonal double that I’m sure will go down a treat in pubs across Norfolk right through autumn and winter, and especially during the festive period.”
