Somerset-based Sheppy’s is unveiling a new look for its ciders this spring, with the addition of a cloudy cider to the range.
The business has spent the last six months building for the future with a new strategy that underlines the brand’s premium position.
With the premium cider market basking in 24% growth, it was time to reinforce the brand’s high-end credentials by rationalising and re-branding the core range in line with consumer demand.
The result is a streamlined portfolio of seven premium ciders. They all come with a new identity — one which symbolises Sheppy’s rich 200-year heritage and reputation — and all are aimed at discerning drinkers who understand what constitutes a quality cider.
They now bear the signature of boss David Sheppy, too — a sixth generation cider maker.
The range now includes the addition of Original Cloudy, Sheppy’s response to the demand for a cloudy variant in the range. That sits alongside Classic Draught, the multi-award-winning Vintage Reserve, 200 Special Edition, Dabinett Apple, Kingston Black and Cider with Raspberry.
