Laine Pub Company, with venues in London and Brghton, has bought all but one of the pubs belonging to the New Pub Company, which has seven houses within the M25.
The pubs which have been purchased are: The Camden Eye, Camden; Charles Holden, Colliers Wood; Glasshouse, New Malden; Griffin, Whetstone; and the Hare and Hounds, Claygate.
Peter Lineacre, who founded the New Pub Company, is holding on to one property — The Telegraph, in Putney Heath.
