Innis & Gunn and Grupo Diego Zamora have created a joint venture company to import and distribute their respective drinks brands throughout the French market.
The new Paris-based SIP DRINKS SAS will enable both companies to create a robust growth strategy with a clear focus on building for their portfolio of brands throughout France. The venture will initially concentrate efforts on distribution within the on-trade and cavistes channels and will invest extensively in consumer trial, brand awareness and visibility.
Under the agreement Innis & Gunn and Grupo Diego Zamora will share all financial and team resources with a view to expand progressively.
SIP DRINKS’ existing brands portfolio includes Innis & Gunn, Licor 43, Villa Massa, Ramon Bilbao, Mar de Frades and Cruz de Alba.
