Fuller’s has announced that it will be hosting the inaugural London Brewers’ Alliance (LBA) Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, June 23, at its Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, West London.

As the brewer says: “That’s right — a craft beer festival not in East London.”

London Brewers AllianceThe festival will be attended by more than 40 of London’s best breweries. Each will be pouring two lines of beer showcasing the depth and breadth of the London scene.

Each brewery will be represented by a brewer, offering a unique occasion to meet and ask questions about your favourite beers directly to the people behind them.

John Keeling, Fuller’s global ambassador and chairman of the LBA, said: “Finally, a beer festival at Fuller’s. This is something I have wanted to see since my first day at the brewery thirty-something years ago. A bit like a good beer, these things should be done right and cannot be rushed.

“I am delighted that the LBA wanted to work with us on this, and I am looking forward to welcoming nearly all the London brewers to Fuller’s Brewery, and tasting their beers.

“I am proud to be the chairman of the LBA. The enthusiasm of the members to work with all London breweries to improve quality, share information, and ultimately help each other make better beer, strikes a chord with me, and I am eager to ensure London continues to grow its reputation as a hub and centre of amazing UK craft beer.”
