Beer MerchantsBeer Merchants has completely re-launched its website after, it says, five years of looking like a 90s porn site, and expanded the permanent range with more than ten new British and American breweries.

The website is designed to be clean and easy to navigate, as well as educational. Beers can be filtered by style, country, brewery and taste profile for the first time. In addition, the website has a new features and videos section, with content produced by the experts at Beer Merchants, as well as bloggers and Youtube’s Craft Beer Channel.

Over the next few months, all 500 products currently on the site will receive their own features and videos to help people make more informed decisions about the beers they buy and to teach them about beer itself — key to keeping beer’s momentum going.

The new breweries joining the 350 already listed include: Buxton, Moor, Marble, Wiper & True, Brewdog and Stone. The new list will have more of a focus on British breweries, as well as even more specials from foreign breweries, such as Lervig, Mikkeller, De Dolle and Lagunitas, with more to be announced.

The team will also be launching a beer club in time for Christmas, with more details to be released soon. Anyone who gives feedback on the website about how they want it to be run is entered into a draw to win a crate of beer for Christmas.
