Five Points Brewing Co is hosting a charity event in aid of Headway East London, which supports people affected by brain injury.
From Connect Four to dominoes, guests are invited to indulge in some old-school, brain-stimulating board game fun and find out more about the charity. It all takes place at the Pembury Tavern, East London, on January 23, from 6pm until 10pm.
For those with a competitive streak, Five Points and Headway East London will be hosting Challenge Headway, whereby the public can take on their members for a chance to win a free beer.
Guests can also take part in a charity raffle and will have the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind artwork, created by the Headway East London members.
Thecharity will also be providing music throughout the night, dusting off the vinyl decks for some old school classics — guests are encouraged to bring their own vinyl records too!
Ed Mason, co-founder and managing director of Five Points Brewing Co, said: “We began our partnership at the beginning of the 2018 with Headway East London, hosting a Hackney Beer Hop, with all proceeds donated to the charity; it seems only right that we close the partnership in the same way.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support of our local community and would love for everyone to come along to the event; enjoy some great beer, traditional board games, and join us in supporting this brilliant charity.”
