Sharp’s Brewery
is joining a host of top chefs to support Hospitality Action, a charity that offers vital assistance to all who work, or who have worked, within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis.

On Sunday, March 5, Nathan Outlaw and Sharp’s will be holding a special lunch at their joint venture, The Mariners public house, in Rock, in aid of Hospitality Action. The lunch will cost £35, with four courses, each matched with a Sharp’s beer.

Nathan OutlawJoining Nathan (pictured) in the kitchen will be Tom Adams (Pitt Cue, Coombeshead Farm), Tim Barnes (Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen), and Zack Hawke (The Mariners). The menu will feature dishes from each of the chefs.

Guests will be able to book an extra special beer experience in Sharp’s Secret Bar with Nathan and Sharp’s beer sommelier, Ed Hughes. Tickets to the Secret Bar are very limited so visitors are advised to book quickly for this special addition to the lunch. All proceeds from the day will be donated to Hospitality Action.

The lunch will also include a raffle, giving guests the chance to win an amazing selection of luxury prizes and unique experiences.

Hospitality Action

Established in 1837, Hospitality Action (the Hospitality Industry Benevolent Organisation) will be filling 2017 with an array of fundraising events, with the aim of raising £1.8m in this, its 180th year.

In 2015 Hospitality Action spent £632,650 supporting 2,021 people in need, making a great difference to individuals and families dependent on the hospitality industry for their living. More grants are awarded in the South West than anywhere else in the UK.
