Zerodegrees is set to showcase up to eight new limited edition craft beers a month which have been brewed across the four-strong craft brewery and restaurant group.

Customers will be able to follow the #FirstSips hashtag to see when each new beer is released at each of the respective sites, with the majority of beers being available at all of their restaurants.

Over the coming months Zerodegrees will also be inviting the public to come and sample the new beers, meet the brewers and take a tour of the breweries — those interested should keep a close eye on the Zerodegrees social media channels and look out for the #FirstSips hashtag.

Each special brew is limited to just 1,000 litres (around 2,000 pints) which is distributed to all four sites, so when each beer is running out look out for the #LastDrops hashtag because when a beer is gone it is gone.

Nick Desai, owner of Zerodegrees, said: “We have always brewed a selection of limited edition beers, but until now they have only been available from the site at which they were brewed. Now we are going to be able to showcase a much wider selection of really exciting and cutting edge craft beer across the group.”

Each month the resident brewers at each Zerodegrees are experimenting with different styles, brewing techniques and combinations of ingredients to produce, fresh, new and innovative beers and are given free reign to create a selection of limited edition beers.

Some of these will make seasonal appearances, others will be strictly one-offs and the really popular ones may become one of the core Zerodegrees beers.

Over the next few weeks the following beers are scheduled and should be available at all of the sites: American Light Lager (4.2% ABV), a fruity French saison (5.9%), a Pioneer double IPA (6.9%), and a robust new single-hop IPA (6.0%).

Over the past few weeks new beer lines have been installed at each of the Zerodegrees sites so that each can now stock not just all of the standard Zerodegrees beers, of which there are five, but also an additional four limited edition beers at any one time.

Zerodegrees beer will also soon be available in cans. From this August two of the Zerodegrees favourites will be available in cans for the first time.
